america. you really are beautiful. yes, your geography is breathtaking. you have it all. mountains. desert. canyons. oceans. there are many sights to behold, but your beauty is far deeper than your landscape.
america, you are beautiful because of what you stand for. sure, you have some problems, and after 235 years we might not quite be there. But you know what, you're pretty awesome. you've become a place people come to in order to provide better for their families, and a place people leave to help others. but you are always home. you have provided the foundation that allows individuals to leave knowing home will be there along with friends and family. living overseas has given me a little bit of a different perspective on what america is. it is a place where differences don't divide. where corruption really is a dirty word. and where people care about their neighbors. i could go. i've thought of more words, but for now, i'll agree with ray.
