BEEF!

Beef. Cheddar Cheese. Beef. Bacon. Beef. Ketchup. Beef. Mustard. Beef. Did I mention Beef? Just in case, BEEF! There. I think you get the point. For the first time in 10 months, I can safely say that I had an all-beef hamburger. Sure, there was Hard Rock Cafe, but that was buffalo. Yeah, the Embassy Independence Day Party was nice, but the meat was of unknown origin. But today, I had Beef. It. was. AMAZING. It was perfectly cooked--juicy with just a hint of red in the middle. The chef came out after I told the waiter the burger was good. I think it was the look of pure joy that emanated from this lover of succulent sirloin. Oh, and the creme brûlée and complimentary cappuccino were great too!
