a month in the life. intro

i was going to start this yesterday, but april fool's on me.  this month, i'd like to give you a little glimpse into my life in south asia (i'll go through may 1st to make up for yesterday).  each day i'll highlight something that is either very south asian or very indicative of what i do on a daily basis.  i might even just post about a highlight or two.  i hope you enjoy it.  if there's something you'd like to read about, comment on this post
